In this context, in order to fulfill our disclosure obligation arising from Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about your personal data processed through the “www.laurelbeauty.com.tr” website and/or mobile application (together, the “Application”). 1- WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY SEDECIOPHARMA?
People who accept the membership conditions in the Sedeciopharma Application and log in from the website or the application installed on mobile devices and follow and/or purchase the products in the Application are defined as "Members". If you become a member of the Sedeciopharma Application, the following personal data may be processed.
Your Identity Information: your name, surname, T.R. Identity Number (processed in accordance with the relevant legislation only if you purchase certain product groups), gender, date of birth, height and weight information if shared by you personally, etc.
Your Contact Information: Your phone number, delivery address, e-mail address,
Your Customer Transaction Information: Your order and invoice information, delivery transaction information, transaction history information regarding your purchases, request and complaint information, information you personally share in your comments and questions if you comment and/or ask questions regarding the products in the Application, information regarding the content of the conversations made through the chat channel with Sedeciopharma assistant, your order information regarding these transactions if you order a product, etc.
